Breakout Blast

Keep the ball alive. Break through the next challenge.

Breakout Blast is a brick-breaking arcade game where each new level changes the challenge. Steer your paddle, keep the ball alive, and break through fruit, ice, rocks, and stranger targets. Dodge hazards, work around portals and magnets, and take on special boss boards.

Catch supply drops to stock four tools: missiles, a laser, a wider paddle, and a wasp. Use them when you need an opening. Protect your three lives, keep clearing boards, and replay to beat your personal best.

Controls:
- Mouse: move over the board to steer; click to start or launch. A quick click during play pauses or resumes.
- Keyboard: left/right arrows or A/D to move, Space to start/launch, P to pause/resume, 1–4 to use items.
- Touch: tap to start/launch; drag on the board or the strip below it to steer. Tap the board to pause/resume. Tap an armed weapon slot to use it.
- When one ordinary target remains, tap it to finish the board; completing it with the ball earns a clean-finish bonus. Single-target boss boards do not allow that shortcut.
- Effects button: mute/unmute game sound. Best score is saved locally when storage is available.
